Paleo Bone Broth Latte

Ingredients

  • 3 cups UNSALTED Bone Broth
  • 1 1/2 whole Avocados (ripe)
  • 1/2 heaping tsp Pink Salt
  • 1/2 level tsp Ground Black Pepper
  • 1/2 heaping tsp Turmeric

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients into a pot

  2. Turn stovetop to medium low

  3. Use emersion stick blender and combine until smooth and frothy. (Typically less than one minute.)

  4. Heat until warm, stirring occasionally

  5. Drink!

Recipe Notes

I prefer Chicken or Turkey Bone Broth but Beef Bone Broth is also delicious.

I've tried making this in my Ninja blender instead of using the stovetop/emersion blender but it gets too foamy for my taste.
