  • 3 cups juice cranberry, tart cherry, mango, peach, carrot ginger
  • 3 TBSP lime juice
  • ½ tsp stevia *not in glycerin
  • 9 TBSP gelatin


  1. Take 2 cups juice and put into large mixing bowl. Sprinkle the gelatin over the juice and let it sit and “bloom” for 5 minutes

  2. Put the remaining cup of juice into a medium saucepan. Bring it to an almost boil. Remove from heat.

  3. Add in lime juice and stevia

  4. Turn heat to low and return the saucepan to the burner

  5. Combine one spoonful of the bloomed gelatin at a time into the hot juice. Take care to stir gently, making sure the gelatin is dissolving thoroughly. Don’t overheat or boil the gelatin. Repeat until all the bloomed gelatin has been combined

  6. Pour hot gelatin mixture into a 4-cup glass measuring cup for easy dispensing. If you don't have a large measuring cup, keep pouring the hot mixture into your smaller cup until finished

  7. Pour the hot gelatin mixture slowly into your silicone molds. Let them sit for 30 minutes before putting into refrigerator. (This step will allow the liquid to become more solid and less likely to spill when you transfer them into the fridge.)

  8. Refrigerate for 2 hours
  9. Keep in airtight container for up to a week
