I have a new obsession.
I’ve been making Paleo Bone Broth Lattes all winter and now that it’s summer, you’d think I would stop.
But I can’t and I won’t.
This recipe is just so simple and perfect. Plus, it works every single time; it’s fool proof. If you get bored easily, you can add additional spices and even change up the bone broth flavor. I prefer Poultry Bone Broth (chicken and turkey) but Beef Bone Broth is equally delicious!

Paleo Bone Broth Latte
- 3 cups UNSALTED Bone Broth
- 1 1/2 whole Avocados (ripe)
- 1/2 heaping tsp Pink Salt
- 1/2 level tsp Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 heaping tsp Turmeric
Place all ingredients into a pot
Turn stovetop to medium low
Use emersion stick blender and combine until smooth and frothy. (Typically less than one minute.)
Heat until warm, stirring occasionally
I prefer Chicken or Turkey Bone Broth but Beef Bone Broth is also delicious.
I've tried making this in my Ninja blender instead of using the stovetop/emersion blender but it gets too foamy for my taste.
