If I feel like a salmon swimming upstream then that’s a pretty good indication I’m not going in the right direction. When you are your brand, you have to figure out who you are.

Parenting is hard.
It’s hard when the two parents actively love each other and it gets even harder when they don’t. You can end up doing it all on your own or even worse, working against the parenting style of your ex. I love having my body worked on.
I don’t have a problem meeting a total stranger, taking off my clothes and jumping onto a table for a session. As I write this I realize it sounds like I’m describing a Tinder date (my boyfriend had better keep his mouth shut on this one.)
